Federal Bankruptcy — Asset Purchase
Todd Entertainment ultimately entered bankruptcy after Josh Todd left the venture and returned to Buckcherry. Its assets became subject to the federal bankruptcy process, and Todd Meagher subsequently purchased Todd Entertainment assets from the bankruptcy estate. That acquisition is part of the public-record chain of title to the assets he acquired — separate from, and earlier than, the later confidential settlement.
